General Ticket Information

Season tickets include three (3) major productions. ETC also produces other plays, such as Reader's Theatre, that are not included in the season ticket price.

Single admission (per play) and season tickets: Ticket prices below.

Group rates: For groups of ten (10) or more - $10.00. Please call (847) 741-0532 for more information.

Corporate sponsorships: ETC offers a number of types of corporate sponsorships. See the table below.

You may order tickets by telephone, by U.S. mail, or by e-mail. Click here to place your order. Tickets are always on sale at the door.

Friday and Saturday performances start at 8:00 P.M.
Sunday performances start at 2:00 PM.

Refunds: Single admission tickets may not be refunded or exchanged, all sales are final. Season and patron tickets may not be refunded, but may be exchanged for any other performance of a given play, or for any future play (if space is available).

ETC accepts payments in cash, check, or money order for orders made by mail, over the telephone, or at the door. Please make checks and money orders payable to "Elgin Theatre Company." ETC also accepts credit cards and PayPal accounts for ticket orders over the internet (see below). Credit cards are NOT accepted for ticket orders made by mail, over the telephone, or at the door.

Purchase a Ticket

You may purchase tickets to any specific ETC performance over the internet.

Choosing an button will open a window showing your ticket order. You may change the quantity of tickets, or return to the ETC website to purchase tickets for other dates (with the "Continue shopping" link), or simply "Proceed to Check out". You can then log in to Paypal to make your payment with your PayPal account or select credit cards.

PayPal will send an email receipt. Please note that PayPal accounts and credit cards are NOT accepted if you place your order by mail, telephone, or at the door.

Bring your ID to the theatre to pick up your tickets.

There is no option to print tickets now.

Season ticket subscribers enjoy all of the following benefits:

Guaranteed seats - With your ticket in hand you always have a guaranteed seat at any ETC production you wish to attend.
Outstanding discounts - Subscribers receive exclusive discounts on regular box office prices. Adult subscribers save about 20% on every show.
Exchange privileges - ETC subscribers can use their tickets to any performance of any show. There are no exchange problems at ETC.
