2008 Elgin July 4^th Parade

For 2008 ETC entered its new van into Elgin's annual July 4^th parade. Shown in the photo below, just before the start of the parade, are ETC members Jeffery Small (left) and Henry Honshul. The parade featured great weather and great crowds.
